VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA - Mineral Mountain Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:MMV - News; “the “Company”) is pleased to announce that at the annual general meeting of the Company held on September 22, 2010, Messrs. Nelson Baker, Marshall Bertram, John Morita, Mark Kilby and Bradley Baker were re-elected as directors of the Company and Messrs. Norman Rayner and James Bond were elected as new directors.
At the annual general meeting, the shareholders also approved the Company’s existing stock option plan which, among other things, provides that the board of directors may grant up to ten percent (10%) of the total number of common shares issued and outstanding at the date of the stock option grant.
About Mineral Mountain
The Company is a British Columbia-based company primarily engaged in the acquisition of mineral resource properties in Canada and the exploration of such properties for minerals. Minerals of interest to the company include precious metals including gold and silver and base metals including zinc, lead and copper.
The Company’s principal asset and project is its interest in the Kootenay Arc Property, located in the Kootenay District of southeastern British Columbia. The centre of the property is approximately 60 kilometres east-southeast of Revelstoke and 65 kilometres northeast of Nakusp. The property occupies a total area of approximately 60,270 hectares (149,000 acres) over a 60 kilometre long by 15 kilometre wide trend. The property is comprised of 169 mineral claims, four crown grants and one mining lease. The Company holds a 100% interest in 157 of the mineral claims (subject to certain net smelter return royalties) and holds options to acquire a 100% interest in the 12 remaining mineral claims, four crown grants and one mining lease (subject to certain net smelter return royalties).
