NELSON BAKER, PEng.

President & CEO, Director

Mr. Baker has been active in the mineral exploration industry for over 50 years. He received his Mining Technology Diploma (1964) at the Haileybury School of Mines, in Ontario followed by a B.Sc. degree in Geological Engineering in 1968 from the South Dakota School of Mines. Mr. Baker is the founder and has been the President and CEO of Mineral Mountain Resources Ltd. since July 2010. Over the years he has served on several boards in the  junior resource sector. He was one of the founders of Rainy River Resources Ltd. (TSXV: RR), and served as a Director, President and CEO from March 2005 to June 2009.  During this period the Rainy River share price increased from the $0.25 range to a high of over $13 per share. His Rainy River team raised $35M and expanded the deposit from .45mm ounces Au to 4.6mm gold & 11.4mm silver ounces. Rainy was sold for $343mm to New Gold in 2013 – on production 2017).  Nelson and his team have invested $5mm into MMV out of a total of ~$14 million raised. Mr. Baker is lifetime member of the PDAC and has served as a director of PDAC.

BRADLEY BAKER

VP Corporate Development

Mr. Baker was elected as a director of Mineral Mountain Resources Ltd. on September 2009 and appointed as Vice President Corporate Development on September 2010. Mr. Baker has been active in the mining and finance industry for over 20 years. In January 2005, Mr. Baker was retained by Rainy River Resources Ltd. (TSX.V – RR) to provide Investor Relations services. Since 2005 he has been involved in the raising of $60 million for public companies and guided the development of Mineral Mountain Resources’ marketing campaign

TERRENCE A. LYONS ICD.D

Independent Director

Mr. Lyons currently serves as the Lead Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Canaccord Genuity Group Inc. as well as a Director of Canaccord’s subsidiaries in the UK, Australia and Asia. He is also a Director of several public and private corporations including Sprott Resource Holdings Inc. (Chairman), and Martinrea International Inc. Mr. Lyons is a retired Managing Partner of Brookfield Asset Management, past Chairman of Polaris Materials Corporation recently acquired by US Concrete, past Chairman of Northgate Minerals Corporation which was acquired by Aurico Gold (now Alamos), past Chairman of Eacom Timber Corporation which was recently sold to a private equity firm, former Chairman of Westmin Mining and Vice-Chairman Battle Mountain Gold. After 9 years he recently retired from the Board of Pavco (BC Pavilion Corporation). Terry is a Civil Engineer (UBC) with an MBA from the University of Western Ontario 1974. He sits on the Advisory Board of the Richard Ivey School of Business and is active in sports and charitable activities, is a past Governor of the Olympic Foundation of Canada, past Chairman of The Mining Association of B.C., past Governor and member of the Executive Committee of the B.C. Business Council, Past Director of the Institute of Corporate Directors (BC), and in 2007 was awarded the INCO Medal by the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy for distinguished service to the mining industry.

T. BARRY COUGHLAN

Chairman

Mr. Coughlan is a self-employed Vancouver based businessman and financier who over the past 30 years has been involved in the financing of private and publicly traded companies. His principal occupation is President of TBC Ventures Ltd., a private investment company, which provides management, technical and financial services to a number of public companies. Throughout his career, Mr. Coughlan’s strengths have been the identification, negotiation and the securing of viable resource projects worldwide, coupled with an intimate familiarity with all aspects of financial transactions and the domestic and international capital markets as they relate to resource companies.

Mr. Coughlan is presently a director of five publicly traded companies.

TREVOR THOMAS, LL.B

Independent Director

Mr. Thomas has practiced in the areas of corporate commercial, corporate finance, securities, and mining law since 1995, both in the private practice environment as well as in-house positions and is currently general counsel for Hunter Dickinson Inc. Prior to joining Hunter Dickinson Inc. he served as in-house legal counsel with Placer Dome Inc. In addition he is a Director of Quadro Resources Ltd.

BRIAN CORRALL, CPA, CA

Independent Director

Mr. Corrall qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the UK and joined the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia in 1976 to work first for Deloitte then, over 30 years in the forest industry in financial and strategic management positions with MacMillan Bloedel and Weyerhaeuser. Since 2005, he has consulted and worked with start-up companies in ownership and financial roles and has more recently been involved with economic business opportunities for Tsawwassen First Nations in British Columbia and other Indigenous groups in Western Canada. Brian has served as an Independent Director of ICN Resources Ltd. and is currently a Director of Quadro Resources Ltd. (QRO-V).

STEVEN ALBERTSEN

Independent Director

Mr. Albertsen has over 25 years of experience in the finance, planning, design, and construction of large- and small-scale projects from $10M-$600M, and brings with him international and local capital investment through years of large-scale project development. He is the CEO/Owner of NVS Engineering a multi-disciplinary engineering company established in 2013. Before NVS Engineering he worked for Abu Dhabi Energy Corp managing infrastructure projects in North America. Key projects included $86M infrastructure upgrades including drilling pipelines and facility work in North Dakota.

TOM WILSON

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Wilson is a CPA-CA with over 43 years of senior financial experience in areas of financial planning and management including corporate governance and securities compliance for both public and private companies. Within the junior mining sector, he has been the CFO for numerous private and public companies. Mr. Wilson is a graduate of PwC Canada.
